Those who attended the field pea tasting in 2019 in Leicester NC sponsored by Chris Smith’s Utopian Seed Project had nothing but praise for the delicate white conch peas.  They were the equal of the rice pieces, a white lady variety, that I’ve long regarded as a standard for refined flavor.
